PDMU & RSE
PDMU or Personal Development for Mutual Understanding, is a statutory part of the Northern Ireland Curriculum, this means that all primary schools are required by law to teach PDMU. RSE (Reslationships & Sexuality Education) is one part of PDMU.
The aim of PDMU is develop confident children who are are aware of their individual qualities and uniqueness. We aim to celebrate what makes us special and learn that we all have the right to be a valued member of our school and society in general. PDMU also celebrates our differences and recognises the rich fabric of our school and the world we live in.
